Active TOTP secrets are encrypted in local browser storage after unlock. Encrypted backups are passphrase-wrapped JSON.

Offline shell works after first load if browser storage and cache remain intact.

Restoring an older encrypted backup may restore keys or records that were later deleted or forgotten locally.
